Healthy Snacks

I made a list of healthy snacks or small meals to put on my fridge incase a craving hits... I can get inspiration for what I'm craving- whether its savory or sweet and I can keep my health up by not straying to the crap hidden in the back pantry. Hope you find inspiration.. add to your list if you think I forgot something. Just make sure it nutrient dense and healthy! (Everything is assumed as organic) If you dont know where to find these things, look at trader joes, the farmers market, CO-OP, or costco. (ACV= Apple Cider Vinegar)

Snack/ Small Meal Ideas:


Celery Sticks with sunflower seed butter

Handful of walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, or pecans.

Homemade trail mix- golden raisins, carob chips, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds

Poached egg with brown rice

Corn tortilla (chips) topped with beans, avocado, cilantro, tomato, onion

Carrots, Celery, Pita with Hummus

Roasted Chestnuts

Sauerkraut topped on Soup

Baked Potato with lightly steamed green beans

Sliced Cucumbers, Tomato, Feta, Olives, Avocado, Olive Oil, and Balsamic Vinegar

Couscous with lemon, parsley, diced tomatoes, & red onion

Sprouted Quinoa with chopped parsley, tomatoes, avocado, and lemon.

Sprouted/Cooked Quinoa with lemon and pepper

Oatmeal with dried apricots, raisins, sprouted almonds/ almond or flax meal

Soups containing beans or vegetables with garlic, onion, cayenne

Apple slices, Walnuts, and Raw Organic Cheese slices

Wild Rice with Steamed Vegetables/ stir-fry vegetables

Spaghetti Squash with tomato sauce

Pea/ fenugreek Sprouts

Pasta with Tamari/ Tomato Sauce/ Olive Oil/ Minced Garlic & coco oil

Sprouted Bagel with Avocado/ Sunflower Seed Butter/ coconut oil/ honey

- Yam with orange juice/ coconut oil

- Baby Baked Potatoes(1/4ed) , coat w/ olive oil, [mix chopped Red Onion soaked in ACV& Mustard] pour over after olive oil and toss

Green Salad with dried fruit, nuts, and sprouts, ACV or lemon as dressing

Homemade Granola with Almond milk and Bananas

[Milkshake] Raw Rolled Oats- Cacao/Carob- almonds- dates- banana shake

Raw Shredded Cabbage, Carrots, Green Onion with Apple Cider Vinegar & herbs

Alvarado Sprouted Bread- Avocado-shredded carrots- alfalfa- hummus- lettuce- tom

Carrots and Olives

Red Russian Kale & Arugula Salad with Calendula petals, Balsamic & Oil (winter fav)

Sauerkraut with Onion and Cayenne (leave to soak for at least 1 day)
